The officer responsible for the conduct of a procurement?
The officer charged with overseeing probity planning for a project?
Asked to advise on procurement process or probity issues by colleagues and particularly by people not normally involved with procurement?
Called upon to give specific procurement process advice such as the acceptability of late tenders or changes to tenders?
Required to assess if a conflict of interest exists or how to handle a conflict?
Asked to advise on changes to RFT documents already issued, approved evaluation plans or methodologies?
Confronted by apparent bias or prejudice of officers involved in assessing offers?
Asked what information can be released to bidders and who can/should it be given to?
Involved with investigating or handling complaints by bidders about alleged breaches of probity or process?
